Manufacturer OEM Earphone Review: HTC v. LG v. Samsung

In the late 1990s and early to mid 2000s, cellphones came with earphones.  As the value of money became less and less, and then the global economy started tanking, cellphones started coming with less and less accessories.  Primarily these days cellphones and even smartphones come with only the phone itself, a data cable, and a charger.  However, how have earphones changed now that they're primarily optional accessories?  We take a look at earphones from HTC, LG, and Samsung.  From the three earphones, HTC is obviously the most original looking and different from the others.  The sound quality however was rather disappointing, and there really wasn't one that sounded better than the others.  They all had only decent sound with little bass.  What was most surprising is when we put their inline remotes to use!  The LG earphones worked the best and worked and every smartphone we threw at it.  The HTC did not work with every single smartphone, and the back and forward buttons worked with even less.  The Samsung earphones were the most surprising!  It hardly worked on any smartphone.  It didn't even work on some Samsung smartphones.  If that wasn't surprising enough, it actually worked better on an Apple iPhone 4!  So, we'd have to say that out of the three earphones in this comparison, the LG earphones were the best.
