SEOUL -- Samsung Mobile announces the world's first curved display smartphone. The Galaxy Round uses Samsung's flexible display technology. The design resembles the Galaxy Note 3 and has a similar back. It even has a 5.7' display like the Galaxy Note 3 and they both use a 2.3 Ghz Snapdragon processor. The Galaxy Round however does not include a stylus. The Galaxy Round will be sold in Korea in "Luxury Brown." Samsung did not release any details on if the device would be sold in other markets.

Infiniti To Launch New Nomenclature With 2014 Model Year
HONG KONG, PROC -- Infiniti announced a new naming strategy with the 2014 model year. All vehicles will pay heritage to the original Infiniti Q45. All sedans, coupes, and convertibles will be labeled Q. All sport utility vehicles and crossovers will be labeled QX. Also the number beside the Q will no longer reflect the engine displacement but where the model lies in the lineup. The first model to be sold under the new nomenclature will be the Q50, currently known as the G37.

Is the new nomenclature better or worse? It is our opinion that the new nomenclature will be more confusing despite their "desire for clarity and cohesiveness." If the consumer is not aware of the naming convention, the Q50 sounds like a successor to the Q45.
